1. Services

IrelandTranslations.ie provides certified translation, notarisation coordination, DFA apostille handling, and related language services. By placing an order you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Orders and Payment

All orders are confirmed once payment is received. Prices are quoted in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is required before translation work begins. We accept bank transfer, Stripe, and PayPal.

3. Turnaround Times

Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours from receipt of all documents and payment. Same-day delivery is available for documents submitted before 11am. Turnaround times are estimates and may be extended for complex or large-volume projects.

4. Accuracy and Acceptance Guarantee

We guarantee that our certified translations are accurate and will be accepted by the relevant Irish authority. If a translation is rejected due to an error on our part, we will correct and reissue it at no charge within 24 hours. This guarantee does not apply if the rejection is due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client.

5. Confidentiality

All documents submitted to us are treated as strictly confidential. Our translators sign confidentiality agreements. We do not share your documents or personal data with third parties except where necessary to deliver your service.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations can be made at no charge before translation work begins. Once translation has started, a partial charge may apply. Completed translations that meet our quality standards are non-refundable, except where covered by our acceptance guarantee.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
